Its two machining units are fitted with twin spindles, one of which can be retracted individually. Combined with powerful computer control software, this device allows sequential engraving of elements with incremental alphanumeric coding, which identifies each part individually.

All the rest of the engraving is carried out in tandem, providing unparalleled productivity, which increases with the complexity of the parts.

Simultaneous clamping

The GR 600’s impressive output can be further enhanced by the addition of an optional rotary transfer table with background clamping.

It allows workpieces to be set up for the following machining cycle while the present cycle is in process. Thanks to Almac’s expertise in machine design, this highly stable rotary element causes no parasitic vibration. The GR 600 achieves outstanding engraving quality and finish.
