No-compromise quality and total rigidity: the CU 1005 is equipped with X and Y slides mounted on pre-stressed rails and ball screws.
The vertical axis is formed from a solid cast iron V-guide, on which a rectangular sleeve is guided along 4 rails; it is also driven by a ball screw.

Table movements are performed by means of brushless AC motors with digital closed-loop control.
Depending on the field of application, the CU 1005 can be equipped with 3, 4 or 5 axes, a 180° rotating transfer table, and either high speed spindles or a multi-spindle block.

On request, it can be supplied with a range of other equipment, such as a specific clamping device, a device for evacuating oil mist, rigid tapping, a heating cycle, tool-break detection by laser beam, etc. This modularity offers unquestionable benefits:
• an entirely personalised choice of options to integrate
• total adaptation of the machine according to needs.
